Q. How often do you get new shipments?
A. Typically we receive shipments weekly. The day may vary, but we try to keep the goods rolling in
Q. Do you ship?
A. We can ship smaller items for the cost of the shipping. Due to the nature of our business, all large items are local pick-up only.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Our policy is store credit within 7 days if the item is damaged or defective. 
Q. What condition are your items?
A. Most of our items are new in the box or original packaging. We do, however, get slightly used items on occasion and we will disclose the condition before selling.
Q. How do you sell items so cheap?
A. We are always on the hunt for quality wholesale merchandise so we can pass the savings unto you. Why pay full price?
